Ingredients
- 125 Grams Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup cooked Pumpkin pulp
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Greases and flour the muffin trays.
- Melt butter and sugar together. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Combine the pumpkin pulp with milk , add to the butter mix.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to the butter and pumpkin mixture.
- 3/4 fill muffin trays with mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked.
