- 6 Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- Put a large pot of water on the stove top and bring to the boil.
- Peel the carrots and top/tail them.
- Slice them into disks or batons.
- Put carrots into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
- Remove pot from the heat and drain off the water.
- Add the Honey and sesame seeds and swirl to coat.
- Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the carrots.
- Serve immediately.
