Ingredients

  • 6 Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • Parsley

Method

  1. Put a large pot of water on the stove top and bring to the boil.
  2. Peel the carrots and top/tail them.
  3. Slice them into disks or batons.
  4. Put carrots into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Remove pot from the heat and drain off the water.
  6. Add the Honey and sesame seeds and swirl to coat.
  7. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the carrots.
  8. Serve immediately.
