Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Method

  1.  Put all seeds in a fry pan with the soy sauce.
  2. Put pan on the stove top, medium heat. Stir and cook until all the soy sauce has evaporated.
  3. Cool and store in  a container to keep them crunchy.
