Ingredients

  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • A dash of Oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Parsley, Basil, Oregano
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • A little bit of water

Method

  1.  Add a dash of oil to a small saucepan.
  2. Put the chopped onion and garlic into the pan and cook for a wee while on a medium heat.
  3. Add the tomato paste and herbs as well as a little water. Stir together and simmer for awhile.
  4. Stir through the sugar. Taste and add some salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Let cool before spreading on your pizza base.
