Ingredients
- 1 Small Onion finely chopped
- A dash of Oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped Parsley, Basil, Oregano
- 2 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- A little bit of water
Method
- Add a dash of oil to a small saucepan.
- Put the chopped onion and garlic into the pan and cook for a wee while on a medium heat.
- Add the tomato paste and herbs as well as a little water. Stir together and simmer for awhile.
- Stir through the sugar. Taste and add some salt and pepper if needed.
- Let cool before spreading on your pizza base.
