Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3/4-1 cup water

Method

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil and water and mix together with your (clean) fingers until it forms a ball.
  3. Add a little more water if the dough is a bit stiff. It shouldn’t be sticky but should be soft.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for a few minutes.
  5. Roll out on the bench till thin and in a circular shape.
  6. Add whatever toppings you like, and bake at 200C for 15-25 minutes
