Ingredients
- 1 frilly lettuce
- A bunch of spinach
- 1/4 of a cabbage (green and/or red)Dressing:
- 1/2 cup of low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons of suga
Method
- Wash and finely chop the salad greens and place into a large bowl
- In a smaller bowl mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and sugar together.
- Mix the dressing into the salad greens.For variety try adding different types of leafy greens and reds into the salad eg. Silverbeet, beetroot leaves, parsley, spring onions
