Ingredients

  • 1 frilly lettuce
  • A bunch of spinach
  • 1/4 of a cabbage (green and/or red)Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup of low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of suga

Method

  1. Wash and finely chop the salad greens and place into a large bowl
  2. In a smaller bowl mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and sugar together.
  3. Mix the dressing into the salad greens.For variety try adding different types of leafy greens and reds into the salad eg. Silverbeet, beetroot leaves, parsley, spring onions
