Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of flaky puff pastry
  •  1/2 cup jam (e.g. Apricot, Raspberry, Strawberry)
  • 3-4 Granny Smith Apples

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper
  3. Cut the pastry into quarters
  4. Brush the pastry squares with jam
  5. Peel, core and THINLY slice the apples.
  6. Place the apples on a single layer over the jam
  7. Brush with more jam
  8. Place the pastries on the baking tray and bake in
    the preheated oven for 30 minutes , until the
    pastry is crisp and the apples are soft
