Ingredients
- 4 sheets of flaky puff pastry
- 1/2 cup jam (e.g. Apricot, Raspberry, Strawberry)
- 3-4 Granny Smith Apples
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180⁰C
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Cut the pastry into quarters
- Brush the pastry squares with jam
- Peel, core and THINLY slice the apples.
- Place the apples on a single layer over the jam
- Brush with more jam
- Place the pastries on the baking tray and bake in
the preheated oven for 30 minutes , until the
pastry is crisp and the apples are soft
