Ingredients

  • 5 sliced Apples (leave the skin on)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 3 tablespoons runny honey
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

  1. Turn oven on to 200.c 2.
  2. Melt margarine and honey together in a small pan or microwave.
  3. Mix together Flour, Rolled Oats, Coconut, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
  4. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Place sliced Apples in oven dish and spread the crumble mixture over the top.
  6. Cook 15-20 minutes at 200.c or till top is golden brown.
