Ingredients
- 5 sliced Apples (leave the skin on)
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 3 tablespoons runny honey
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Method
- Turn oven on to 200.c 2.
- Melt margarine and honey together in a small pan or microwave.
- Mix together Flour, Rolled Oats, Coconut, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Place sliced Apples in oven dish and spread the crumble mixture over the top.
- Cook 15-20 minutes at 200.c or till top is golden brown.
