Ingredients
- 400g Udon Noodles
5 Spring Onions
2 sticks Celery
3 Carrots
Corriander
Rocket
Sesame Seeds - DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoon minced Ginger
Method
- Peel and thinly slice Carrots. Slice Spring onions and prepare coriander and rocket. Place in a large bowl with the udon noodles.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic.
- Once fragrant, remove from heat and add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
- Pour this over the noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
