PREP: 20 MINS
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Apples
- 2 Spring Onions
- Parsley and Chives
- Wash and thinly slice the cabbage. Put into a large bowl.
- Peel and grate the carrots. Add to the bowl.
- Don’t peel the apples. Cut them into 1/4, remove the core , slice thinly then cut them into thin battens.
- Thinly slice the spring onions and chop the herbs finely.
- Add this to the big bowl with the mayonnaise.
- Mix thoroughly and chill before serving.
